Terms and conditions

Track17 is an independent, fan-made brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any artist, group, agency, or label. All artist names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order once payment is received and verified, and that confirmation forms the contract between us. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we can’t verify payment. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Prices are in Philippine pesos and include any applicable taxes. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout. We correct pricing errors when we find them, and we’ll always tell you before charging you anything different.

Most drops are pre-order. Dates given are estimates based on our production timeline. Delays happen, and we’ll tell you when they do. A delay doesn’t entitle you to cancel unless it runs beyond [X] weeks past the estimate, at which point you may cancel for a full refund.

Set out in full in our Returns and Exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing here limits your rights under the Philippine Consumer Act.

Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Check that address carefully, because we can’t recover a parcel sent to the wrong place. Customs charges on international orders are yours.

Everything we make, our designs, artwork, photography, and copy, belongs to Track17. Please don’t reproduce or resell it.

Keep your account details to yourself. Don’t use the site to do anything unlawful, and please be kind to whoever is answering our messages, because it’s one of us.

We are responsible for the goods we sell and for getting them to you as described. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

We may update these terms. The version live when you order is the version that applies to your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute goes to the courts of [city].
