Privacy policy

• Your name, email, phone number, and shipping address, because we can’t send you a parcel without them.
• Your order details and payment proof, so we can confirm and fulfil your order.
• Basic site analytics through Google Analytics (which uses cookies), so we can see how the shop is doing, like which pages get visited. It does not identify you, it is on by default, and you can opt out anytime (see below).
• Your email, if you choose to join our newsletter.

Process your order, ship it, and talk to you about it. Answer your messages. Send you newsletters, only if you asked for them. That’s the whole list.

Only the services we need to run the shop: our database and file storage (Supabase), our email sender (Resend), our website host (Vercel), our analytics (Google Analytics), and our courier (J&T Express). They see only what they need to do their part.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the shop is used, and it relies on cookies. It is on by default and does not identify you personally. You can opt out from the cookie notice at the bottom of the page, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Opting out is remembered on that device.

Order records for as long as tax and bookkeeping rules require us to keep them, after which we delete them. Payment screenshots are removed once your order is complete. Newsletter details until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send, in one click.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@track17.shop and we’ll sort it out within 30 days. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, these rights are yours by law, not by our permission.

We use encrypted connections and access-controlled storage, and we limit who on our side can see your details. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously, and if anything ever goes wrong we’ll tell you promptly and plainly.
